We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing organization on a contract basis to provide coverage for a Leave of Absence. This role will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial operations and supporting month-end close during a high-volume production cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can step in seamlessly to support the team. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations</li><li>Maintain and reconcile inventory and cost accounting</li><li>Assist with standard costing and variance analysis (labor, overhead, materials)</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Support financial reporting and management analysis</li><li>Partner with operations and plant leadership on inventory and production reporting</li><li>Assist with audit support and documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience with standard costing and BOM structures</li><li>Experience supporting external audits</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally</li></ul>
