We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance the security measures of our organization in Peridot, Arizona. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual skilled in cybersecurity practices and enterprise-level security strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring the integrity of network systems. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain robust security protocols to protect organizational assets. • Monitor security systems and respond to potential threats in real-time. • Manage application and enterprise security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Lead efforts in cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation strategies. • Oversee Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) operations to analyze and address vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen network security and prevent unauthorized access. • Implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory and organizational requirements. • Train staff on security best practices and promote awareness across all levels of the organization. • Prepare regular reports on security performance and incidents for management review.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity and enterprise security management. • Expertise in application security and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). • Strong knowledge of network security protocols and practices. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred. • Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
