We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead and optimize our financial operations in Orlando, Florida. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee accounting and finance functions while driving organizational success. The ideal candidate will excel in financial planning, reporting, and managing key financial processes. Responsibilities: • Direct and manage the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. • Supervise month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Oversee cash flow forecasting to maintain financial stability and optimize resource allocation. • Collaborate with banking partners and manage credit lines to support business needs. • Provide leadership to the finance team, including two controllers and staff members in accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track organizational performance. • Identify and implement improvements in budget processes to enhance operational efficiency. • Monitor and assess financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Support executive decision-making with detailed financial analysis and insights.

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a VP or Director of Finance. • Expertise in financial reporting and budgeting processes. • Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and management. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams. • Familiarity with managing credit lines and banking relationships. • Proficiency in overseeing month-end close procedures. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
