Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, Florida, on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees entering the office, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment.</p><p>• Coordinate and manage room bookings for meetings and events.</p><p>• Maintain and restock supplies in communal spaces, such as kitchens and meeting rooms.</p><p>• Escort visitors to designated locations within the facility as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with facility managers and provide support in daily operations.</p><p>• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately.</p><p>• Perform administrative tasks such as work orders, filing, data entry, and organizing documents.</p><p>• Ensure consistent communication with vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace for employees.</p><p>• Work closely with the facilities coordinator to learn and adapt to office procedures.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative support or front desk roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Experience in customer service or concierge services.<br>• Capability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.<br>• Neat appearance and adherence to business casual dress code.
