Relationship Manager | RIA Firm in East Bay
<p>A well-established, independent RIA firm in the East Bay is seeking a <strong>Relationship Manager </strong>to join their collaborative, tight-knit team. You'll support Senior Advisors in all aspects of financial planning and wealth management. This role requires a proficient knowledge of financial planning principles, a history of client relationship management, and a capacity to multitask in a busy environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the growth team to facilitate new client onboarding and oversee seamless asset transitions to the firm</li><li>Advise clients through account setup, transfer of assets, and ongoing servicing requests</li><li>Process distribution requests, including oversight of Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and annual compliance tracking</li><li>Coordinate with custodial institutions to manage account servicing and maintenance activities</li><li>Elevate complex client issues to appropriate internal partners and ensure comprehensive documentation of all communications</li><li>Schedule and organize client meetings and portfolio review sessions for the Advisor</li><li>Maintain precise and up-to-date client data within the firm’s CRM system</li></ul><p><br></p>
