Help Desk Support Tier II
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Support Tier II team member to assist with managing and optimizing a newly installed Ubiquiti WiFi system at an upscale RV resort in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This contract position offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and requires hands-on expertise in Ubiquiti hardware and software. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve connectivity issues, and provide training to internal staff on system operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Diagnose and resolve WiFi connectivity issues to ensure seamless network performance.<br>• Deliver on-site technical support to residents, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.<br>• Train internal staff on the fundamental use and management of Ubiquiti systems.<br>• Suggest and implement improvements to optimize the Ubiquiti WiFi network.<br>• Configure and maintain Ubiquiti access points, controllers, and related tools.<br>• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.<br>• Adapt to a flexible schedule to provide support during evenings and weekends.<br>• Ensure a dependable and reliable presence while working independently.
• Proven experience with Ubiquiti hardware and software, including configuration and troubleshooting.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with non-technical users.<br>• Ability to train staff on the daily operations and controls of Ubiquiti systems.<br>• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving WiFi connectivity issues.<br>• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear manner.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.<br>• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.<br>• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques and end-user training.
