<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support our clients with critical accounting activities.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile accounting professional to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Oakland, CA (Hybrid, BART Accessible)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time, Monday–Friday</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 4-6 Months (Potential for Extension)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform <strong>general ledger reconciliations</strong> and ensure accuracy of financial data.</li><li>Assist with <strong>month-end close processes</strong>.</li><li>Prepare and review <strong>journal entries</strong> and supporting documentation.</li><li>Analyze variances and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Other accounting related duties as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li><strong>5+ years of accounting experience</strong>, preferably in a senior or lead role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>GAAP</strong> and end-of-year close procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Excel</strong> and major accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>
