Responsibilities:• Audit and update supplier information to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the system.• Assist suppliers in transitioning to electronic invoice submission methods, including providing guidance and communication about new processes.• Review and correct purchase order entries to restore processing integrity and enable timely payments.• Clear backlog transactions, ensuring progress tracking and reporting to management.• Validate invoices processed through Oracle systems, identifying and resolving errors to improve accuracy.• Collaborate with vendors to recommend and implement template changes for optimized invoice processing.• Develop and maintain documentation for supplier updates, troubleshooting procedures, and team training.• Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.• Serve as a subject matter expert on accounts payable processes, offering support and guidance to the team. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Proficiency in accounts payable operations, including account coding and invoice processing. • Experience with automated clearing house (ACH) transactions and check runs. • Familiarity with Oracle systems and their functionality. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
