We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Content Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Northbrook, Illinois. In this role, you will manage and optimize website content to ensure a seamless user experience and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content management systems (CMS) and a strong background in creating and editing web content.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the daily management and updates of website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement content updates and revisions.<br>• Ensure all web content aligns with brand guidelines and organizational standards.<br>• Use a content management system (CMS) to publish and organize website pages effectively.<br>• Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.<br>• Write, edit, and proofread engaging and accurate web page content.<br>• Optimize content for search engine visibility and improved user experience.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues on the website.<br>• Maintain a comprehensive content calendar to manage updates and projects effectively.

• Proven experience in web content management or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) for website updates.<br>• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles.<br>• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br>• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML is a plus.
