This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality setting and enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with financial analysis.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>·      Manage daily revenue reconciliation and distribute timely sales and financial updates to key stakeholders.</p><p>·      Track and reconcile reservation deposits, including recording, redemption, and refunds as needed.</p><p>·      Lead month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reviews, and supporting documentation.</p><p>·      Prepare financial reports, KPI analyses, and other reporting used by leadership to evaluate business performance.</p><p>·      Reconcile tips and event-related commissions, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections with the appropriate teams.</p><p>·      Prepare and submit applicable sales tax and commercial rent tax filings.</p><p>·      Maintain organized accounting records and ensure financial processes and reporting deadlines are consistently met.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration please contact Ben.Turnbull@roberthalf.</p>

<p>·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>·      2+ years of accounting experience; hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a plus.</p><p>·      Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.</p><p>·      Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.</p><p>·      Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.</p>
