This role requires expertise in processing payroll for U.S. employees and handling international payroll functions with precision and efficiency. As this is a long-term contract position, we seek an individual with strong attention to detail who can ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in payroll processes while supporting the organization’s growth. Responsibilities:• Manage and process full-cycle payroll operations for a multi-state workforce exceeding 500 employees.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all payroll activities.• Handle international payroll processing, including tax regulations and global standards.• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Deel payroll systems to execute payroll functions effectively.• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain accuracy.• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and reporting.• Oversee payroll audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.• Provide detailed payroll reports and analytics to support organizational decision-making.• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Proven experience in managing full-cycle payroll for large organizations.• In-depth knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and practices.• Familiarity with international payroll processes and global compliance standards.• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Deel Payroll systems.• Strong ability to reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain accuracy.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Effective communication skills for addressing payroll-related inquiries.• Capability to handle payroll operations for over 500 employees with precision.
