<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Staff Accountant</strong> to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in <strong>fixed assets</strong>, <strong>depreciation schedules</strong>, <strong>accruals</strong>, <strong>prepaid expenses</strong>, and <strong>month-end reconciliations</strong>. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and reconcile <strong>fixed asset records</strong>, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.</li><li>Prepare and review <strong>monthly accruals</strong> and <strong>prepaid expense entries</strong>.</li><li>Perform <strong>month-end close activities</strong>, including journal entries and account reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.</li><li>Assist with <strong>financial statement preparation</strong> and support audits as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting functions.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).</li><li><strong>5+ years of accounting experience</strong>, with a focus on fixed assets and month-end close.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>GAAP</strong> and internal control principles.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>ERP systems</strong> (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced <strong>Excel skills</strong>.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
