This is a remote opportunity!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage the <strong>full lifecycle of commercial agreements</strong>, including drafting, review, execution, and tracking</li><li>Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, technology, and business units) to facilitate contract workflows and align on priorities</li><li>Support <strong>corporate governance and compliance activities</strong>, including maintaining records and documentation</li><li>Serve as a liaison between legal, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely deliverables</li><li>Maintain and organize legal documentation, templates, and internal resources</li><li>Assist with <strong>legal operations initiatives</strong>, including system improvements and workflow optimization</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and improved processes</li></ul><p><br></p>
