Onboarding Coordinator
<p>Robert Half is looking for an experienced Onboarding Coordinator our client located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract position ideal for professionals with a background in recruitment and onboarding, especially within the legal industry. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including verifying I-9 documents and distributing information packets.</p><p>• Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are fulfilled.</p><p>• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.</p><p>• Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Collaborate with legal administrative staff and other managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.</p><p>• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage entry-level onboarding processes.</p><p>• Utilize payroll systems or relevant software to support recruitment and onboarding activities.</p><p>• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.</p><p>• Support attorney recruiting efforts by identifying candidates with relevant experience and facilitating their integration into the team.</p><p>• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to create, update, and manage recruitment-related documents.</p>
<p>• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new employee orientations.</p><p>• Proficiency with payroll systems or similar technologies to support recruitment processes.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills to liaise with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.</p><p>• Familiarity with the legal industry or prior experience in a law firm is preferred.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing documentation and communication.</p><p>• Previous experience in attorney recruiting is preferred, but not required.</p>
