We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team remotely. This role focuses on guiding and supporting employees as they transition into and progress through their academic programs. As a contract position, it offers a unique opportunity for long-term growth while making a meaningful impact on individuals' educational journeys. **MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES WITHIN PST OR MST TIME ZONES** Responsibilities:• Collaborate with program advisors to ensure employees have a smooth onboarding experience into their chosen education paths.• Maintain consistent communication with employees, primarily through outbound methods, to provide ongoing academic support.• Assist employees in setting achievable academic goals and developing effective strategies for time management and study habits.• Address academic challenges by connecting employees with appropriate resources such as tutoring services or additional support programs.• Monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas where improvement is needed.• Track deadlines and milestones within education plans, proactively reminding employees to stay on course.• Conduct regular check-ins to celebrate progress and identify any obstacles in their academic journey.• Organize and facilitate workshops focused on academic success, including study skills and time management.• Build and nurture positive relationships with employees, employers, and educational institutions to ensure successful outcomes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with diverse individuals. • Proficiency in active listening and empathetic communication to address unique challenges effectively. • Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals toward achieving their academic aspirations. • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to overcome challenges and persist through their educational journey. • Familiarity with academic obstacles and proven strategies to address them successfully. • Knowledge of available student support services and resources at educational institutions. • Competence in data analysis to monitor student performance and evaluate the effectiveness of advising efforts. • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
