Loan Servicing - Support
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Support Specialist in Meriden, Connecticut. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting mortgage loan processes and ensuring the accuracy of customer information and applications. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the mortgage industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and evaluate loan applications to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.<br>• Verify customer information, including payment details, to maintain accuracy and reliability.<br>• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.<br>• Maintain thorough records of loan servicing activities and update systems as needed.<br>• Assist in monitoring payment schedules and customer accounts to prevent errors.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.<br>• Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in loan servicing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documents.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.<br>• Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred.<br>• Familiarity with loan servicing processes and terminology is a plus.<br>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
