<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Fund Accounting &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Support fund accounting and reporting activities across multiple venture funds.</li><li>Assist with capital calls, distributions, management fees, and fund expense tracking.</li><li>Maintain reconciliations, schedules, and supporting workpapers.</li><li>Track investment activity, commitments, and capital balances.</li><li>Assist with investor reporting and ad hoc requests.</li><li>Partner with the Fund Administrator to help ensure accurate and timely reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Audit, Tax &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with annual audits and tax reporting processes.</li><li>Prepare and organize supporting documentation for auditors and tax providers.</li><li>Support investor tax reporting, including K-1 packages.</li><li>Assist with LP due diligence and other compliance-related requests.</li></ul><p><strong>Management Company &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Support management company and GP accounting activities.</li><li>Assist with expense allocations, cash reconciliations, and month-end close processes.</li><li>Help maintain accounting records and internal schedules.</li><li>Support process improvements, fund launches, and special projects as the firm grows.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
