This role involves analyzing business needs, designing system enhancements, and ensuring that technology supports organizational goals effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with enterprise systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to implement, test, and deploy system solutions.</li><li>Support ERP and other enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.</li><li>Develop process documentation, workflows, and training materials.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).</li><li>Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CRM platforms and integration projects.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
