Apply today to be considered! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and update the electronic directory for the organization's network, ensuring hotel information is current and accurate.</p><p>• Conduct audits and perform cleanup tasks to maintain the integrity of data within the network.</p><p>• Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval.</p><p>• Research and resolve connectivity issues by analyzing problems and identifying solutions.</p><p>• Troubleshoot technical problems, collaborating with internal and external teams to address challenges.</p><p>• Perform test reservations, analyze results, and pinpoint sources of errors to improve system functionality.</p><p>• Coordinate with IT teams and connectivity partners to resolve system defects effectively.</p><p>• Provide support to management by handling additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.</p>
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or related fields is highly preferred.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.<br>• Proven problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.<br>• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and web-based platforms.<br>• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced work environments.<br>• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and a proactive approach to tasks.
