Contracts Manager
We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts to ensure compliance and successful agreements. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth in the real estate and facilities management industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.<br>• Lead contract negotiations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve favorable terms.<br>• Oversee contract management processes, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and amendments.<br>• Administer contract documentation and maintain organized records for reference and auditing purposes.<br>• Identify and address risks or discrepancies in contracts, proposing solutions to mitigate potential issues.<br>• Redline and revise contract language to align with company objectives and legal requirements.<br>• Support cross-functional teams by providing guidance on contract-related matters.<br>• Ensure timely execution of contracts by coordinating with relevant parties.<br>• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to enhance contract processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract management, negotiation, or administration.<br>• Proficiency in handling commercial contracts and understanding their complexities.<br>• Strong skills in drafting, editing, and redlining contracts.<br>• Ability to effectively negotiate terms with stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.<br>• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.<br>• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
