<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. You will play a vital part in maintaining financial integrity and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Reconcile bank accounts to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.</p><p>• Oversee month-end closing procedures, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.</p><p>• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain precise financial records.</p><p>• Review general ledger accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.</p><p>• Partner with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.</p><p>• Stay informed about current accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance.</p><p>• Evaluate financial data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a permanent position.
