Business Functional Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Business Functional Analyst to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing AI-generated outputs related to HR vendor contracts and interfaces, ensuring compliance with records retention policies and coordinating remediation efforts. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams, contributing to secure and compliant data practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Evaluate AI-generated outputs from HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces to identify compliance issues.<br>• Ensure alignment of data findings with contractual agreements and records retention policies.<br>• Prepare detailed documentation and reports to track findings and support remediation processes.<br>• Organize and lead meetings with vendors and HR teams to address gaps and implement solutions.<br>• Collaborate with IT teams to revise, test, and deploy updated system interfaces.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, user access, servers, transmissions, and firewalls.<br>• Facilitate change management activities, including scheduling, validation, and post-change reviews.<br>• Monitor system performance, coordinate report processing, and assist with disaster recovery testing.<br>• Maintain comprehensive documentation for software configurations and system updates.<br>• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address critical application concerns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data outputs.<br>• Proficiency in documentation and reporting to support compliance initiatives.<br>• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and teams.<br>• Familiarity with Workday systems, although configuration expertise is not required.<br>• Ability to assess and interpret contractual language effectively.<br>• Experience with records retention and data destruction concepts is preferred.<br>• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.<br>• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for applications, servers, and security systems.
