<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Irvine, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic accounting environment. The ideal candidate will support key financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Prepare and record journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to support month-end closing activities.</p><p>• Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring compliance with internal deadlines.</p><p>• Utilize accounting software systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel, to streamline financial operations.</p><p>• Generate accurate financial reports and summaries for management review.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial processes.</p><p>• Support audits and provide documentation as required.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency within accounting operations.</p>

<p>• Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.</p><p>• Willingness to learn and adapt to cost accounting practices.</p>
