We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments, returns, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating with both internal teams and external partners, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage daily logistics operations, including coordinating outbound shipments, inbound deliveries, and returns to vendors.<br>• Address and resolve any issues related to incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.<br>• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain smooth communication and operational workflows.<br>• Monitor inventory levels and shipping schedules to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.<br>• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping policies for all international and domestic shipments.<br>• Analyze logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.<br>• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns for reporting and auditing purposes.<br>• Provide support to the team by alleviating workload pressures and ensuring consistent performance.<br>• Assist in the implementation of new logistics strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.<br>• Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, and shipping processes.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.<br>• Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing operations.<br>• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.<br>• Ability to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to long-term solutions.
