<p>We’re seeking an AI/ML Developer with a strong backend and systems architecture background to design, build, and scale applications that incorporate AI-driven capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the infrastructure, data pipelines, and services that power machine learning and intelligent features in production.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support AI/ML functionality</li><li>Lead architectural decisions across backend systems, databases, and integrations</li><li>Build and optimize data pipelines (ETL) to support model training, inference, and experimentation</li><li>Develop and manage microservices architectures for deploying and scaling AI workloads</li><li>Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve performance of AI-powered features</li><li>Manage object storage solutions (S3) for datasets, models, and application assets</li><li>Build and support workflow engines that manage complex ML and business processes</li><li>Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver AI-enhanced user experiences</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented production code</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend, data, and integration issues</li><li>Stay current with AI/ML, backend, and architecture trends</li></ul>

<p><br></p><ul><li>Senior-level experience in backend or full stack development with AI/ML exposure</li><li>Proficiency in one or more of the following: <strong>Python, Node.js, Golang, React</strong></li><li>Strong experience designing and scaling databases, particularly <strong>PostgreSQL</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Redis, S3, microservices, ETL pipelines, and workflow engines</strong></li><li>Working understanding of ML workflows, including data preparation and inference</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices</li><li>Hands-on exposure to ML concepts such as model deployment or inference systems</li><li>Experience with additional languages such as <strong>Rust, Java, or PHP</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
