<p>We’re looking for an Information Security Awareness Analyst to help drive security best practices across the organization. This role blends security operations with user education, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both hands-on security work and influencing behavior through training and communication.</p><p>What you’ll do</p><ul><li>Own and manage security awareness programs, including phishing simulations and training campaigns</li><li>Create and deliver engaging content such as newsletters, presentations, and awareness materials</li><li>Help drive a culture of security by educating users at all levels on best practices and risk reduction</li><li>Review and respond to phishing and suspicious emails to prevent potential incidents</li><li>Conduct threat research and share insights through clear, actionable communications</li><li>Support security operations with monitoring, alert review, and incident response as needed</li></ul><p>If you enjoy being at the intersection of cybersecurity, communication, and user behavior, this is a great opportunity to make a visible impact. <ul><li>3+ years of experience in IT or information security</li><li>Experience with security awareness tools (phishing simulations, training platforms, etc.)</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Working knowledge of security monitoring and incident response</li><li>Ability to identify risk and contribute to practical, real-world solutions</li><li>Nice to have: Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or GIAC</li><li>Familiarity with security tools across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem or similar environments</li></ul><p><br></p>
