Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in administrative tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with attention to detail, providing excellent customer service.</p><p>• Organize and maintain schedules by coordinating appointments and meetings.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry to ensure records are up-to-date and well-organized.</p><p>• Compose and respond to email correspondence promptly and effectively.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support various administrative tasks.</p><p>• Handle inbound and outbound communications efficiently while maintaining a positive and attentive demeanor.</p><p>• Support team members by managing documentation and preparing reports as needed.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.</p><p>• Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations by addressing any administrative challenges.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve workflow.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.<br>• Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.<br>• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and maintain positive interactions.
