<ul><li>4–8+ years of FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or analytical experience</li><li>Advanced financial modeling skills (scenario analysis, sensitivities, decision-support modeling) — critical to success</li><li>Demonstrated experience influencing business decisions through data and insight</li><li>Strong business acumen and curiosity about how the organization operates</li><li>Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex financial concepts</li><li>High proficiency in Excel (experience with BI tools or ERP systems a plus)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li></ul>
