We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant or Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:• Address inquiries from finance teams and business partners promptly and accurately, delivering requested information with attention to detail.• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing and providing necessary documentation.• Diagnose and resolve issues in Workday ERP related to financial operations or budget impacts.• Manage fiscal year-end closing tasks, including journal entries and billing requirements, while meeting strict deadlines.• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, promoting a cooperative and positive work environment.• Maintain clear and thorough process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.• Assist with budget allocation tasks, ensuring proper distribution and tracking of financial resources.• Adapt to evolving priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.• Uphold a team-oriented approach to support departmental success and broader organizational goals.

• Proven experience working as a Sr. Accountant or Financial Analyst • Familiarity with audit processes and ability to assist with audit requests.• Expertise in handling budget allocations and tracking.• Proficiency in Workday ERP for managing financial operations.• Ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
