We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in accurately processing information and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities: • Input invoice data into the Yardi system with precision and efficiency. • Prepare and manage draw packages according to established guidelines. • Maintain organized records and ensure all entries are error-free. • Collaborate with team members to verify and cross-check data for accuracy. • Follow company protocols to ensure compliance with data entry standards. • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Identify and correct discrepancies in data entries. • Assist in generating reports based on entered data. • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy. • Familiarity with the Yardi system is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • Capability to handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
