Project Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract position where you will play a critical role in supporting project managers and leaders by ensuring smooth coordination of vendor contracts and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related projects and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist project managers in preparing vendor contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project scope requirements.<br>• Compile and organize relevant information to create comprehensive contract templates for client review.<br>• Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate contract approvals and ensure timely submission.<br>• Monitor project timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.<br>• Maintain accurate records of contracts and project documentation for auditing and reference purposes.<br>• Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.<br>• Support daily project coordination tasks, working consistently within an 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday.<br>• Utilize construction knowledge to address project-specific needs and ensure contract alignment.<br>• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail to maintain consistency in project outputs.
• Previous experience in a project coordinator or account manager role, preferably within the construction industry.<br>• Proficiency in managing contracts and vendor documentation.<br>• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.<br>• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and legal teams.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.<br>• Competence in using project management tools and software.<br>• Availability to work during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).
