This is a contract position that requires expertise in payroll management and compliance, with a strong focus on utilizing Workday systems. Responsibilities:• Process and manage payroll operations using Workday, ensuring timely and accurate payments.• Maintain compliance with local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.• Handle payroll tax filings and resolve any discrepancies or issues.• Administer special payroll deductions and ensure proper documentation.• Collaborate with teams to implement payroll best practices and improve system efficiencies.• Conduct audits and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.• Provide support for payroll inquiries and resolve employee concerns.• Assist in the preparation of reports related to payroll activities and compliance.• Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.• Facilitate training on payroll systems and processes for team members as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll operations. • Proficiency in Workday Payroll systems. • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations. • Experience with payroll tax reporting and local payroll taxes. • Ability to manage special payroll deductions accurately. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and address employee concerns.
