Thanks for any consideration and I look forward to helping you.  God Bless.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate consolidation across multiple legal entities.</p><p>• Review and validate entity submissions, including eliminations, foreign currency translations, and minority interest accounting.</p><p>• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports in adherence to U.S. accounting standards and corporate policies.</p><p>• Collaborate with regional controllers and corporate accounting teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies and submission delays.</p><p>• Act as a key business expert for OneStream, managing workflows, data submissions, and system improvements.</p><p>• Support the preparation of management and external reporting packages with high attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Coordinate with the OneStream team to optimize system functionality and ensure compliance with internal controls.</p><p>• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, review controls, and close calendar schedules.</p><p>• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and documentation.</p><p>• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within consolidation and reporting workflows.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>• At least 10 years of experience in accounting, financial consolidation, or corporate reporting within a multinational organization.<br>• Advanced knowledge of U.S. accounting standards, foreign currency translation, and intercompany eliminations.<br>• Proficiency in OneStream as a business user or power user.<br>• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.<br>• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and communicate complex financial concepts.<br>• Experience supporting audits and implementing financial controls.<br>• Preferred experience with workflow setup and reporting in OneStream, as well as exposure to large ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
