Apply today to be considered, specifically for a 3rd shift opening! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring timely and efficient assignment of shipments.</p><p>• Accurately input and update logistics information in the system to maintain data integrity.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with freight carriers to confirm schedules and resolve any issues.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service through call center operations, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.</p><p>• Monitor shipping and receiving processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline distribution operations.</p><p>• Track and manage shipment status to support on-time deliveries.</p><p>• Assist in preparing reports related to logistics and distribution activities.</p><p>• Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational challenges to maintain efficiency.</p><p>• Ensure all documentation related to shipping and receiving is complete and accurate.</p>

• Previous experience in dispatching or logistics operations.<br>• Proficiency in data entry with excellent attention to detail.<br>• Strong understanding of the logistics and distribution industry.<br>• Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a call center environment.<br>• Familiarity with freight carrier processes and requirements.<br>• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.<br>• Flexibility to work third shift hours and occasional weekend overtime.<br>• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
