<p>Leading, well-established New York Plaintiffs&#39; Personal Injury law firm is seeking several experienced associates to join its team. The firm handles a wide range of general personal injury claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, car accidents, and construction accidents. This is an in-office role with the primary office located in Garden City, NY and additional locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Role offers comprehensive health insurance, PTO, bonus opportunities, and a collaborative environment. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial</li><li>Conducting depositions, motion practice, and court appearances</li><li>Overseeing discovery and case strategy</li><li>Preparing cases for trial and handling trials to verdict</li><li>Speaking with clients about their cases / providing necessary updates</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury experience</li><li>Active NYS Bar License. Must be admitted in NY Eastern and Southern District (NJ / Federal admission is not required but a plus)</li><li>Spanish speaking is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
