A growing company in Flower Mound (75028) area is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their ranks on a contract to hire basis. Don’t miss out! As the Accounts Receivable Associates, duties include: Job Responsibilities: • Generate, distribute, and post a large volume of daily invoices ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and policies. • Review invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies and address any billing inquiries. • Process credit memos, debit memos, returns, refunds and credit card payments. • Submit invoices via EDI using multiple engines. • Daily cash application and reconciliation. • Prepare bank draft presentation along with invoices to submit to bank for payment. • Collections. • Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries, emails, and reconciles accounts based on customer inquiries and/or disputes. • Posting write-offs and adjustments according to contracts, policies, and procedures. • Maintain customer accounts along with tax exempt certificates. • Assist with yearly audit and related special projects as requested. • Cross Training, including documenting processes and procedures of this role in preparation for vacation/absences. • Backup to AR Manager. • Assisting in other areas of accounting when need arises. • Other duties as assigned.
