Responsibilities: • Process biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Handle full-cycle payroll tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms to manage payroll operations efficiently. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support payroll-related initiatives. • Manage payroll for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees. • Assist in implementing payroll system updates or transitions, such as Paycom or Paylocity. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve payroll processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, including multi-state payroll. • Proficiency in full-cycle payroll operations. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, or similar payroll systems. • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to handle payroll for 100-500 employees. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills to address payroll inquiries. • Familiarity with manufacturing industry payroll practices is a plus.
