Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Eagle, Colorado. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes. Your contributions will ensure timely payments and compliance with company procedures. This position is fully remote and is approximately 25-35 hour per week. Responsibilities:• Enter invoices, payment details, and vendor information into accounting systems with precision and accuracy.• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to validate proper documentation and address discrepancies.• Maintain organized and updated records for all accounts payable transactions.• Support weekly payment runs and assist with month-end closing activities.• Verify invoices and apply appropriate coding based on company policies.• Utilize Caselle accounting software to manage financial data, if applicable.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in processing invoices and coding them accurately. • Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining detailed financial records. • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. • Familiarity with accounting software, with Caselle experience being highly preferred. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams. • Knowledge of accounts payable policies and procedures.
