The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to reliability.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate daily delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation.</p><p>• Utilize mapping tools and route-planning software to optimize logistics operations.</p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.</p><p>• Monitor transportation activities and address delays or deviations promptly.</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with customers to provide updates on delivery timelines.</p><p>• Train and guide team members to improve dispatching processes and overall efficiency.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to refine operational strategies and meet business objectives.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.</p><p>• Oversee documentation processes to track shipments and delivery details accurately.</p><p>• Adapt to seasonal fluctuations by managing overtime and adjusting schedules as necessary.</p>

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.<br>• Familiarity with the Dixon, California area and surrounding regions.<br>• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.<br>• Proficient in mapping software and computer-aided dispatch tools.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.<br>• Ability to plan and organize routes intuitively and strategically.<br>• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.<br>• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field.
