Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to contribute to the success of the team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing prompt and attentive customer service.<br>• Coordinate schedules and appointments to maintain organization and efficiency.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and manage documents, presentations, and reports.<br>• Support team operations by maintaining records and organizing key information.<br>• Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing necessary support.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls with excellent communication skills.<br>• Demonstrated experience in customer service and resolving inquiries effectively.<br>• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with email correspondence and the ability to draft clear and well-structured messages.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.<br>• Organizational skills to maintain records and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
