Staff/Sr. Accountant/S
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on managing financial processes for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail and an ability to handle diverse accounting tasks in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and record journal entries for multiple entities while ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.<br>• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts to maintain financial integrity.<br>• Assist in generating monthly financial statements for various entities within the organization.<br>• Support accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, and coordinating wire transfers.<br>• Oversee utility account management for properties, including service setup, invoice review, and timely payments.<br>• Provide general assistance to the accounting and financial operations of the office.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.<br>• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in a family office environment.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.<br>• Familiarity with accounting and payables software such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, or Ramp.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Strong ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accuracy in financial tasks.<br>• Certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
