Interim Human Resources (HR) Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will take the lead in designing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change across multiple locations and teams.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a 1-2 month contract position with potential for contract-to-hire</p><p>100% ONSITE in Dallas, Texas 75254: 5 days in office</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Interim HR Manager (contract position):</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support the organization's overall objectives.</p><p>• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and retention initiatives.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, working closely with legal counsel.</p><p>• Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote positive employee relations.</p><p>• Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams across multiple states, ensuring consistent practices and standards.</p><p>• Monitor and enforce workplace safety and environmental policies, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with executive leadership and other departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.</p><p>• Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and support growth.</p><p>• Analyze HR metrics and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations to improve organizational performance.</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p>• A minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in organizations with over 3,500 employees.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in HR software such as UKG Ready and UKG Pro, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.</p><p>• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience in multi-state HR operations and compliance.</p><p>• Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>• Ability to lead change management efforts and foster collaboration across departments.</p>
