<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced <strong>Accounts Receivable Specialist</strong> to join our clients' growing team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing collections, and delivering exceptional client communication. If you’re looking for a dynamic, supportive environment and the chance to make an impact, this role is perfect for you.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including payment posting, account reconciliations, and adjustments.</li><li>Prepare and distribute customer invoices, payment reminders, and aging reports.</li><li>Monitor outstanding invoices and proactively follow up on overdue payments with clients.</li><li>Address and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights on accounts receivable performance to management.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to address customer account inquiries and ensure smooth communication.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.</li><li>Maintain and update customer records with accuracy in accounting software</li></ul>

<p><br></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounts receivable systems, processes, and accounting principles.</li><li>Expertise in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.</li><li>Advanced skills in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams (written and verbal).</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in financial data entry and management.</li><li>Bachelor of Accounting, Business or related field</li></ul><p> </p>
