Position OverviewAs the Accounting Manager, you will serve as the primary accounting professional for the organization and be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Required<ul><li>5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong hands-on accounting background</li><li>Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation</li><li>General Ledger reconciliation experience</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Manufacturing accounting experience</li><li>Experience with inventory accounting</li><li>Cost accounting experience</li><li>Construction or project-based accounting experience</li><li>Experience working in an accrual-based accounting environment</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li></ul>
