Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a skilled and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cocoa, Florida. This long-term contract to hire position involves providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational abilities and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to enhance collaboration with clients and colleagues.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel plans to support daily operations.</p><p>• Prepare, review, and distribute accurate and well-organized correspondence, reports, and presentations.</p><p>• Greet visitors and ensure they have a positive and attentive experience.</p><p>• Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient record-keeping.</p><p>• Assist with planning and executing company events, meetings, and internal communications.</p><p>• Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate documentation.</p><p>• Translate documents and facilitate verbal communication between English and Spanish speakers.</p><p>• Answer inbound calls and provide helpful information or direct inquiries appropriately.</p><p>• Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming guests and managing incoming communications.</p><p>• Take on additional administrative projects or tasks as needed to support the team.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to translate and communicate effectively.<br>• Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.<br>• Previous experience managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating travel.<br>• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
