Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, along with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle daily administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.</p><p>• Answer inbound calls, providing accurate information and redirecting calls as needed.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in company records.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office to manage financial and administrative operations.</p><p>• Provide receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and enhance productivity.</p><p>• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support office efficiency.</p><p>• Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth communication and workflow.</p><p>• Support other administrative tasks as necessary to meet organizational needs.</p>
• Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.<br>• Previous experience in administrative assistance or a related field.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and customer service skills.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and office systems.
