Executive Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract to permanent position with an opportunity to support executive-level operations in a dynamic and meticulous services environment. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.<br>• Draft and proofread contracts, correspondence, and other important documents with precision and accuracy.<br>• Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.<br>• Manage financial transactions and reporting with attention to detail and compliance.<br>• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.<br>• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, to create detailed reports and presentations.<br>• Oversee the organization and maintenance of critical files and records.<br>• Assist with the onboarding of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to established protocols.<br>• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.<br>• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a detail-oriented services setting; experience in tax or wealth management is preferred.<br>• Demonstrated dedication to client service, coupled with strong organizational and teamwork skills.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and process-oriented thinking.<br>• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a results-driven approach.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.<br>• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
