Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and strong communication abilities in both English and a second language. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a vital role in supporting office operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Answer inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to callers.<br>• Maintain organized records and input data with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing receptionist duties with professionalism.<br>• Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team members and leadership.<br>• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.<br>• Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and resources.<br>• Support team members with various administrative projects and tasks.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Proven experience in administrative support roles.<br>• Proficiency in answering calls and managing communication effectively.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including welcoming guests.<br>• Ability to communicate fluently in English and at least one other language.<br>• Competence in using office software and tools.<br>• High level of professionalism and reliability.
