<p>Robert Half is partnering with a Bloomington, MN based law firm in search of a Paralegal with family law experience. This position requires expertise in family law and the ability to provide comprehensive support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents and managing case-related tasks. As this is a long-term contract role, we are seeking candidates who are committed to delivering high-quality legal assistance over an extended period. This position will require you to work fully onsite. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Offer administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.</p><p>• Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Conduct legal research using various tools and databases to support case preparation.</p><p>• Compile and analyze case-related data for attorneys, ensuring all information is well-organized.</p><p>• Manage correspondence, including answering routine inquiries and preparing confidential communications.</p><p>• Maintain a strong understanding of family law policies, procedures, and terminology.</p><p>• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, discovery processes, and litigation strategies.</p><p>• Utilize case management software to streamline legal workflows and handle complex matters.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures throughout all tasks.</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys to deliver efficient and precise legal services.</p>

<p>• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in family law.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, policies, and procedures.</p><p>• Proficiency in discovery, civil litigation, trial preparation, and case management software.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p><p>• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting detailed legal research.</p><p>• Familiarity with litigation processes and case management tools.</p><p>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and attorneys.</p>
