If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for financial excellence, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the consolidation of private equity reporting across various divisions to ensure accuracy and transparency.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a unified financial reporting platform.</p><p>• Oversee month-end close processes to guarantee timely and precise financial statements.</p><p>• Manage budget planning and forecasting to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Analyze cash flow trends and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance.</p><p>• Prepare and present consolidated financial statements for stakeholders.</p><p>• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.</p><p>• Foster communication and collaboration among departments to streamline reporting procedures.</p>

• Extensive experience in private equity reporting and financial management.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close processes and consolidated financial statements.<br>• Strong knowledge of budget development and cash flow forecasting.<br>• Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.<br>• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and integrate reporting systems.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational skills.<br>• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
